Importance of BIM Modeling in the construction industry

Building information modeling (BIM) combines people, technology and processes in building and building. It is the latest trend in the construction industry and involves the method of working with a single, cohesive network of 3D models instead of separate concept drawings to plan, create and operate buildings.
